Step1--->Weight Loss Goal. Determine the amount of weight you would like to lose and make that your goal. Strive to lose no more than 1 to 2 lbs a week at the most.
Step2--->Little is more. Eat smaller portions. Eat until you're full and then step away from the table. When you know you've eaten your fair share, drink a glass of water.
Step3--->Walk more! Even if you don't choose to exercise, press to become more active. Especially if your job requires you to sit for long periods of time. Use the stairs, instead of the escalator. Park your car further away at work or when shopping. Walk around the mall or your local park.
Step4--->Muscles help burn fat. Invest in a couple of light weights. Do a few repetitions each day to tone your muscles. You can even wear wrist and ankle weights during the day.
Step5--->Stay healthy! Bottom line... create a routine that works for you. Eat less. Eat healthier and move move move. You will see a significant difference in your weight, body image and overall health in no time. Stay healthy!
